Arbisoft and Tamkeen Sign MOU to Advance AI-Enhanced Learning in Alignment with Saudi Vision 2030

Arbisoft and Tamkeen signed an MOU to bring AI-enhanced e-learning and training to private companies, government entities, and SMEs across Saudi Arabia.

RIYADH, RIYADH PROVINCE, SAUDI ARABIA, October 21, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Arbisoft and Tamkeen Financial Training Company (شركة التمكين المالي للتدريب) have signed a business development Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly bring AI-enhanced e-learning and training to private companies, government entities, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The agreement, fully executed on October 1, 2026, supports the workforce development goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The relationship between the two organizations began at Tamkeen's corporate training Company in Riyadh.

Under the MOU, Arbisoft and Tamkeen will approach clients together with training programs that pair Tamkeen's training content and delivery with Arbisoft's AI tools. Arbisoft will contribute its expertise in AI, data engineering, software development, analytics, and digital platforms. Tamkeen will contribute its accredited training programs, its in-person, corporate, and e-learning delivery, and its understanding of organizational development, governance, and the Saudi market.
